The US military is currently in the business of decommissioning Al Qaeda by dismantling their hierarchy and their working systems. From MOAB strikes to travel bans, Trump is dedicated to the cause of relieving the world of ISIS parasites.
On June 16th, well-known al Qaeda leader Abu Khattab al Awlaqi was killed through the US’s airstrike in Yemen. The US Central Command proudly posted the update on Twitter:
A notable part of the statement: “Al Awlaqi was a senior leader responsible for planning and conducting terrorist attacks against civilians. He had significant influence throughout AQAP’s terrorist stronghold, had ties and access to the group’s other senior leaders and was implicated in planning and leading efforts to exacerbate instability in Southern Yemen. … Al Awlaqi’s death removes a trusted and experienced terrorist leader from AQAP’s ranks.”
This is a good move by the US military. Allowing ISIS the ability to grow in size will be against the interest of the majority of the world prone to terrorist attacks. This terrorist organization needs to be destroyed—and quickly.
