Here’s Who Might Be in Line to Replace Comey

James Comey’s next job is an enigma to the world but I think he should go into retail because he’s clearly an expert in selling lies….BUURN! But, the man or woman expected to take his place isn’t so much an enigma. I mean, we don’t exactly know who is going to be the next FBI director especially since the acting FBI director, Andrew McCabe is also under investigation himself, but we do have some ideas.

Now, McCabe is the obvious choice but let’s just assume that the investigation into him goes south, who else do we have?

The second choice could be John Pistole. He is very well qualified for the job since he once served as the FBI’s Deputy Director during the George W. Bush administration. He also served as TSA administrator under Obama, but let’s not talk about that — ALSO he definitely has the coolest name of all the choices.

Then there’s Ray Kelly who spent 13 years as the NYPD commissioner before jumping on the Bill Clinton wagon.

The fake news experts or CNN suggested that Trey Gowdy would make a good replacement for Comey as he was the former chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi.

And the last choices but most certainly not the least are Rudy Giuliani and Chris Christie. But given how closely linked those two are to Trump, choosing either of them will see the world of criticism.

But at the end of the day, the decision as to who the new FBI Director will be is President Trump’s own and he is expected to make his decision before the end of the week. Trump tweeted on Wednesday that Comey’s replacement  “will do a far better job, bringing back the spirit and prestige of the FBI.”

Comey wasn’t the worst FBI director (depending on who you ask) but in my opinion, Comey was doomed from the moment he started investigating the election. It was a lose-lose situation for Comey. He had to investigate these high power people without remorse or bias and that is sometimes an impossibility. So, to protect his job he had to coin lies. Let’s hope he’s able to sell hot dogs as well as he sold lies to the people of America!
