With the Trump administration’s heavy crackdown on illegal immigrants, you may think that President Trump would have been getting quite a bit of opposition from Hispanics. But that doesn’t seem to be the case. Hispanic support for Trump is actually growing stronger.

According to a recent survey from Zogby Analytics, more Hispanics approve of Trump than the general population of the US. The Hispanic support for Trump has topped 45% while the general approval ratings for Trump is 43%. That’s 2 points more support from Hispanics.

Zogby stated: “The biggest surprise in this new poll is Trump’s approval among Hispanic voters, which is at 45 percent approval/51 percent disapproval. In February the numbers were less among Hispanics at 39 percent approval/53 percent disapproval.”

But with the rise in support for Trump from the Hispanics, there was a drop in the approval ratings of the general population of the US from 48% to 43%. But according to Zogby’s surveys, the support for Trump from his initial supporters still remain strong.
