What does it take to defeat ISIS? Some might say a few Tomahawk missiles or a couple MOAB strikes could do the trick. But one guy named Josh Fox who is a Liberal filmmaker believes that the only way to defeat ISIS is to attack them with the most powerful force of all — love! (Yes, because Luke Skywalker defeated Darth Vader using the force of love right?)

In a tweet Fox wrote “Atrocity. Murder. Abomination. When will we learn that only love stops hate, and bombings only create more ISIS.”

“Love your enemy. Don’t create more of them. Teachers, diplomacy, culture and aid helps peace. Bombs don’t,” he wrote in another tweet.

And even though I completely agree that love is an important force, some evils can only be defeated by being vanquished and ISIS is one of those evils. Fox, like most left-wingers, needs to get out of hs imaginary world and look at the reality of the world. Life isn’t a Disney movie.

But the reasonable people of the internet decided to allow Fox to put his little statement to the test and started a crowdfunding page to raise money to buy a ticket for Fox to fly to Afghanistan and share some hugs.

Below is an excerpt from Fox News Insider:

The campaign, which was organized by filmmakers Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney, will pay for Fox’s airfare to Afghanistan, two nights in a hotel and a dozen roses, so Fox can “show ISIS how much he really loves them.”

“It’s time for Josh Fox to put his hugging arms where his mouth is. Please help us raise $2,500 to send Fox to Afghanistan to hug it out with ISIS,” the campaign website says.

It also says that if Fox proves to be a “hypocritical coward” and refuses to go, all the funds raised will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Now let’s see if Fox is willing to put his money where his mouth is.
