North Korea is back with their empty-and-completely-pointless threats, this time targeted to Japan.
Recently, the hermit kingdom released a statement through the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee, saying Japan must be “sunken into the sea.” NorKor plans to do it with nuclear bombs because they believe “Japan is no longer needed to exist near us.”
Japan Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga called North Korea’s threats “extremely provocative and outrageous.” But their threats didn’t end there. They also threw some fire at the US, saying the nation must be reduced to “ashes and darkness” and “beaten to death like a rabid dog.”
North Korea then went on to ask for the UN security council to be broken up…vicious cycle. Remember when North Korea threatened Guam? We know all these threats must be taken seriously for the safety of the people, but it seems North Korea has now evolved into something comparable to a liberal politician—all talk no action.
While we don’t actually want North Korea to follow through on any of their promises, but it is quite helpful to know most (if not all) of their threats are empty. However, before the hermit kingdom becomes capable of actually causing nuclear mayhem, we should probably stop them right now.
