North Korea’s foreign minister has said that his country is ready to go to war–if the US provokes them. In a recent interview with the AP, he voiced North Korea’s anger for recent tweets from President Trump, the recent joint military drills between the US and South Korea, and for the US recently “moving an aircraft carrier into the region.”
North Korea has been making constant threats against the United States lately and Trump has had no choice but to respond–especially after many missile tests from the nuclear nation.
Trump has said that he hopes that China can help to take care of the situation with North Korea, and they have even been reported as sending out 150,000 troops to North Korea’s border. Will the US be forced to make a preemptive strike on North Korea, even with what appears to be support from China?
As reported, “North Korea’s vice foreign minister says it is not his own country but the United States and President Donald Trump who are “making trouble.”
Vice Minister Han Song Ryol made the comments in an exclusive interview with The Associated Press in Pyongyang on Friday.
Trump tweeted on Tuesday that North Korea was “looking for trouble” and added that if China doesn’t do its part to rein in Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions, the U.S. can handle it.”
Are we headed for a nuclear war with North Korea? The secluded nation has said that they were ready to nuke the United States, but they have been known to say crazy things–like when they claimed a unicorn lair was found in their country. Unfortunately for North Korea, we have to take what they say seriously–they have nukes.
