As of March 30th, 2017, the US Senate’s HJ Resolution 43 is alive. This bill quashes the Obama outfit’s policy that required states to pay for Planned Parenthood, which is known to be part of the fetal-organ trade. “Shortly before he left office, Obama pushed through an HHS regulation that essentially forces states to give Planned Parenthood Title X funding. Under this rule, states must give Planned Parenthood or abortionists Title X grants and may not choose to redirect those funds to comprehensive healthcare clinics,” Life Site reported.

Representative Diane Black (R-TN) and Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) proudly backed Resolution 43, as they felt the Obama-outfit law was an “11th-hour rule to entrench federal funding for Planned Parenthood—the nation’s single-largest provider of abortion.”

Even pro-life-entity Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannensfelser weighed in on behalf of her people. “We thank Senate Majority Leader McConnell and Senator Joni Ernst for their leadership to advance H.J. Res. 43 in the Senate,” Dannenfelser said. “Today’s vote builds momentum for the effort to use reconciliation to redirect Planned Parenthood’s largest source of government funding (Medicaid) to the nationwide network of community, health centers.”

Both Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) and Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) voted down Resolution 43. It was on Vice President Pence to be the tipping-point vote—a 51-50 outcome.

President Trump will now have to make the final call on HJ Resolution 43.
