A recent report has indicated Obama deliberately and methodically dissolved law-enforcement terror investigations. The units disbanded were reportedly looking at terror-funding networks in Iran—but in order to preserve and protect the nefarious Iran deal, Obama kicked them to the curb. To make matters worse, Obama also reportedly thwarted units investigating the state’s financial support of terrorists in Venezuela and Syria by disbanding them as well.

Supposedly, Obama took such extreme actions because he was concerned the federal government’s anti-terrorism efforts in Iran, Syria and Venezuela would cause “friction” with Iranian authorities and put a crimp in the Iran, nuclear deal.

David Asher, who also served as an adviser to General John Allen at both the Defense and State Departments, revealed Obama’s unsavory activities regarding units targeting the financial operations that fund terrorism to the House Foreign Affairs Committee. According to Asher, Obama “systematically disbanded” law enforcement and intelligence-agency units that were investigating terror-funding organizations in several countries, in order to protect the Iran nuclear deal.

“Senior leadership, presiding, directing, and overseeing various sections [of these agencies] and portions of the U.S. intelligence community systematically disbanded any internal or external stakeholder action that threatened to derail the administration’s policy agenda focused on Iran,” he said during his testimony.

While under oath, Asher linked Obama’s “concerns about interfering with the Iran deal” to the former president’s motivation for putting the kibosh on the units investigating terror-funding organizations.

In addition to several “top cops” deciding to retire as a result of Obama’s decision, Asher notes that we lost “much of the altitude we had gained.” According to Asher, the dismantling of these investigations has cost the US the opportunity to destroy Hezbollah’s finances and world-wide groups, as well as the Iranian sect’s ability to “readily terrorize us, victimize us, and run a criminal network through our shores, inside our banking systems—and in partnership with the world’s foremost drug cartels—target our state and society.”

It seems the rose-colored glasses are finally coming off of the Obama presidency, and it will be interesting to see what other truths come out as time goes by.
