The level of criticism being thrown at President Donald Trump is unprecedented. The left projects high amounts of scrutiny and disdain at almost every, single word that comes out of his mouth. But the president isn’t wavering in his fight to make America great again.
When Trump sat down with Time Magazine, he stood strong by his controversial statements and dismissed any concern s about his credibility. “Hey look…I can’t be doing so badly, because I’m president and you’re not,” he said in the interview.
When asked if he worries about credibility when an undisclosed entity proves him wrong, the president responded, “Name what’s wrong! I mean, honestly.”
Trump’s Wiretapping Claims!
Another, notable statement he made in the interview was with regard to his wiretapping claims. In the interview, he stressed on the fact he chose the quoted term “wiretapping” in his tweet. “What I’m talking about is surveillance,” he said.
To validate his point, he referred to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes’s recent claim that Trump-campaign members’ communications may have been “incidentally collected.” When TIME‘s Michael Scherer says that’s not the same as then-President Obama wiretapping Trump, the president said, “Who knows what it is?”
The president made a number of other comments in his interview, and you can read the full thing over at TIME‘s website.
